2005 Annual Meetings

To help promote excellence in derivatives and risk management research, STOXX Ltd. is sponsoring awards for the best risk management research papers at the 2006 Annual Meeting of the European Financial Management Association (EFMA).


All eligible papers will be judged by an impartial awards committee, with the Gold Award winner receiving €750 and the Silver Award winner of €500. The awards committee consists of:

  • Viral Acharya (London Business School, LBS),
  • Yakov Amihud (Stern School of Business, New York University),
  • Günter Franke (University of Konstanz)


    • The awards committee will vote to select the prize winners and announce the winners at the Annual Meetings of EFMA, June 2006.
